well.I.M.O....
evidence 1: i can only see one leg of her footwear, which strongly indicates there myt have been a scuffle, b4 she was shot.it can also mean she was dragged to d kill zone, thereby misplacing the oda footwear.
evidence 2:the gun in her hand.
although, this myt not be a very concrete evidence because, a shot to the head means her brain will be destroyed.
a shot to the brain CAN leave the victim dead the way she was b4 the shot was taken, so since her fingers were clutched around the gun, there is a possibility that she'll die with her fingers still clutched.this method of kill is mainly used to immobilise suicide bombers.
evidence 3:the blood on the wall indicates that the shot was taken, with the victim close to the wall.so if it was suicide,the victim should be dead,standing back againt the wall, or at worst, a sitting position with her back against the wall.
so i say....MURDER!

Evidence One: The stool is down with the head facing the wall. This indicates that she was sitting backing the mirror since her knees are backing the mirror (she couldnt have landed that way if she was facing the mirror)

Evidence Two: Whether it was suicide or murder, if she was holding a gun (right hand) and a cigarette (left hand), they would have fallen out after the shot or once the body made contact with the ground (given the height of the stool, contact wud have been heavy). This indicates that she was murdered and those items were planted to resemble a suicide.

Evidence Three: She knew her murderer. She was working at the table when the murderer came. She turned to attend to him or her (evidence one) and got a bullet in the head.

Evidence Four: Blood Splatter.

If it was suicide, the gun would have been in her left hand as she sat at the table, not her right (w.r.t. blood splatter on the wall).

The gun in her right hand suggests that the murderer put it there because the cigarette is in her left hand.

feels like as if someone planted the gun in the victim's hand. So i think it's a murder case

The gun was placed in here right hand instead of her left because the blood on the wall comes from that direction of the left hand.
