same issue here. a friend was asked to pay 500k for resident visa.
was told that with the visa, he can change jobs . he was told its different from work permit. part payment would be done b4 d issue of visa, after d visa is confirmed, the remaining money is completed. he was told the job found for him requires resident visa and not work permit.
please, someone should throw more light.

Yes sure but it's difficult and complicated only if you can get a trusted company to process it.

You can be in Nigeria while the person does it and sends it to you in Nigeria.
