My dear that guy is not worth it.Any guy who treats you like trash isn't. So one advice for you, when he hits you again, maybe harder next time, just leave before that hitting turns to something else. (If i were in your shoes i wont wait for a second time).

Later he becomes very rough, maybe shoves or pushes you aside during an argument, yet still, you absorb that one too
