Only in Nigeria is where you pay for services not rendered,..... February bill have just been distributed by EEDC,the hiked figure is there,monthly service charge is also included, who is fooling who?,unmetered customers are over 90% in 3-3 area of Onitsha. Provide meters and do away with all these estimations.....is it not part of the contractual agreements?.
