Did you see the Egyptian training centre for both open field and residential urban environment warfare? They built a 'town' in the desert and simulated terrorists vs military forces, that means they know what current war Africa is fighting, and they are ready for ISIS Libya. This modern day training format, not the old Soviet style that Egypt got from USSR in 1960s to 1970s.

Also, anecdotal evidence that the Swiss sent some guys for HALO training
