It will be better and safe that you state how our dealing with you went and stop putting people echos in the dark.

We had a transaction which went well from the day of payment of the goods , celebration of Chinese monkey year that put a stop to local waybill of goods to shipper address and of which it was communicated also. And the only place were things went wrong was the missing of your two items and which was confirm to have full package and left to lagos. Immediately you drop the missing item notice to our whatsapp handler and we ask you to send us as a email and of which we reply you on two/three occasions.

1st mail. was apologize.

2nd mail. we informing you that insurance coverage only covers full package that is missing which is decided by the Cargo company at the rate to remit and that the best we can do if such situation occur is for we to issue an incentive coupon code that can be use to place an order/make payment to any merchant not cash. incentive coupon code value of 40RMB with redeem pin of :10/16/Ale2016 was issue out as a compensation of the total cost of the missing bag value at :70RMB.

2nd Encounter

Upon collection of your goods we told you that you / client must make payment of their bill before their goods will be handover and that we don't accept cash payment at the location were one / client is picking up the goods.

I can remember very well when you called that you are about picking up the goods and that you have a very urgent meeting/appointment and you ask how to go about about it and i told you again that the bill must be paid before pickup and when you demand were the goods is and i told that our driver has pickup the goods and that i will send you the pickup location but 1st let me reach-out to the driver to know his location and off which we later send you the address and his number... And many more!!!.

Lastly,
i can still remember very well how you were very Angry that very day because of the pickup location and of which i told the reason why...

We are sorry for the inconveniences this must have cause your business and when ever you are ready to use the coupon code, please let us know.
