Hello NNR,

I have been married for like 6 months now and to the glory of God it has been a sweet journey, however, the only problem I am facing now is sleep, I miss sleeping, I dread coming back home after work, my wife is too loud and she doesn’t even know it

It is too early to start sleeping separate but if things continue like this, I might sleeping on the sofa as I don’t want to hurt her, she is everything in a woman but she snores like a bad pipe

Please is there a way to stop snoring? and I can’t really say it is a result from stress as she runs her bead business from home

So please my good people, how can I end this, I need to enjoy my marriage to the fullest

You should tell her. If she doesn't agree that she snores, make a recording and show her d video, then u guys can seek medical help on how to reduce it. The only way to really stop snoring is going under the knife.

I now see why most people die before 60-70. our forefathers lived 100+ without using a single paracetamol...
I once run away from an hospital before when I have a tooth problem and I need to remove a premolar, I can tell you the fear comes immediately I see how big the doctor's shoe is and how sharp the equipment are... Na elephant day wan kill?? I hate surgeries

If it is something that just started recently and not that she has always been that way it is likely because of change in her routine. Make jokes about it and laugh over it together. It will pass. Sleeping sideways rather than face up also can help her.
