Today’s poll is about all the millions millions people sometimes lavish on weddings. And the thing is as much as it is your wedding day, it is usually a very exhausting day for the bride and groom.

Although you sometimes get financial contribution from others (family, friends and well wishers), you are spending all that money for other people to come eat, drink and have fun.

But the question is if you were the sole provider for your wedding with no other contributor whatsoever, how much will you be willing to spend on that special day?

My husband budgeted 1.5m for everything. . Introduction, bride price , traditional marriage, wedding and court certificate! Everything! ! And we didn't go beyond that....

It's best you have a budget according to your capacity and stick to it!!!

this is quite realistic. Well in my culture that amount would be bride price alone, but its paid over the course of the marriage and if the husband misbehaves the family can gladly take their child back

For me oh my budget will be 500k
