Here is where we part ways. You assume that the one who files for divorce is to blame for the divorce. But they may have been driven to it by the other person. Jesus says whoever divorces for anything other than adultery commits adultery and causes the other party to commit adultery. Anita cited infidelity among others in her suit. The one who commits adultery the the guilty party, not the whole who in response to adultery files for divorce.
