I have this dull and sick appearance, am not hungry, my parents feed me well, the last time i uploaded my picture, i nearly commited sucide, nairalanders said i look sick, someone was even crying for me, i couldn't take it anymore i had to delete the thread, last yr i went to a night vigil, the pastor called me out and said i suffered from a sickness that almost took my life, with what happened to me the other year i said yes, not knowing the man was saying because of my appearance, is it genetic? Because i look like my dad, Am considering plastic sugery, at least that will help, each time i send anyone my picture he or she will laugh

I hope you are joking, bt if otherwise , certify first that youre indeed heathy by going for all round body check. if it turns out clean then you have to work on your dressing and esteem

Every body shape has suitable dressing for it, so instead of cursing under your breathe each time u look at yourself, made some adjustments in your dressing and stop looking down on your self

It is not all about just eating but eating the right food needed. Most fat people run away from Carbohydrates and they take in more of proteins as the latter makes them add more. So if you want to gain some weight and look nourished, take more of carbohydrates and yes, balance it up. Also get urself good multivitamins as this would also help in giving ur body the necessary vitamins needed. Stop thinking and have enough rest. (note this some people despite bin on balanced diet, supplement, will still remain slim, it could be hereditary. Snoop Dogg is a typical example of such)

Just live ur life and stop these obsession with how you look or ur weight.. There are people who are slim and look fresh and health, so eat fatty food and carbohydrate, pumpkin should be ur favourite vegetable, sleep a lot, SQUAT EVERY MORNING, smile and be happy.

Start taking a warm glass of milk every morning.

Also eat one or two pieces of banana every other day.

Make sure your food is not overly cooked.

Buy vitamin tablets and take them daily.

If you are the type that excrete immediately after each meal you need to consult a Medical Doctor to stop that.

Above all, eradicate all forms of bitterness from your life. Be cheerful always. Jesus loves you.

Hmmn, do u do drugs? Cuz that's one of its effects. Plus eating 10 times a dat doesn't mean: it's about it's nutritional value, eat fruits, cereals, dairy products well.
Try de-worming: worms might be the one sucking all the nutrients you take in.
Go for intense check up if those ones above doesn't work
And overall if all stated above doesn't work, go to prayer city , it might be more serious than you think
