That report requires more scrutiny. Access share capital as at Dec 31, 2015 is 14,463,986 (thousands Naira) which implies an OS of c. 28.927B. You can also confirm from the NSE website.

EPS should be c. N2.28. I often overlook the discrepancies I notice in some results when it is not significant. Over 30k difference is misleading.
