It is possible that most of the people from the North has "NEPA" bills as certificates, so you cannot possibly employ such people in a place like CBN, even though Buhari got such waive. Remember that Zamfara, Yobe among other Northern states are scoring 2 and 6 in order to gain admission in the Federal schools whereas states like Anambra and Delta had to score as high as 139 and 138 respectively to attend the same school. The possibility that there is dearth of qualified candidates from the North cannot be ruled out. Remember also that what you need to be qualified is Western education and not Arabic nor Quaranic education.

That these kids are employed by CBN is no issue at all and no law has been broken!
After all they are also Nigerians and entitled to it. They are as qualified as me and you and because of their exposure will most likely perform better than you at the interviews.

I work in a company that is an equal opportunity based company and yet we do have our own share of affluent kids from very Influential background! Even kachukwu and emefiele's kids are a nudge above average Nigerians by virtue of their birth!

I am well placed today and in a position to influence things if I want to in a few good companies yet, I will not even have to make any calls for my kids when the time comes for them to get a job. They will attend the best schools in the world and it is the employers that will be begging them.

Many of these so called influential kids have the best degrees from prestigious university!. Do you think if Obama had a law degree from Kenya, he will stand a chance to even win his then senate seat? Obama and his wife went to an Ivy League school and have their life planned ahead!

The recruitment is also not done by merit.I don't think those applicants even sat for interviews.Some of them have studied english,civil engineering and zoology but used their father position to get the CBN job.

But,.. There nothing particularly more unique about his death than the thousands who perish on our highways every day due to one cause or another.

I face my challenges when they come.
Unfortunately for ordinary folks like me , I don't have to depend on federal largess to take care of my life challenges.

The man was a citizen, an ordinary citizen, a well to do SAN, before he became a minister just few months ago.

I doubt that his family depends on the state for their welfare .

A minister is just a temporary servant of the state, nothing more, a political appointee at that.

There are , and have been people who served the state longer, more diligently than a mere political appointee, who have died unceremoniously in office, and a lot more who have died waiting for their pension cheques.
