Thank u sooooooo much. God bless u. Mehn, its not easy I must confess. This week, DH decided to try Fertilaid for men with Addyzoa combine for just one month after so much cries from me. Since he is afraid or not willingly to do the surgery. I just wanted us to try something. Sm1 suggested we try LUTH for the surgery; that is if hubby agrees. But do u tink using the Fertilaid and Addyzoa with the varicocele will help?

Sometimes I just keep wondering the confidence dt my hubby has that we can get pregnant without trying anything.
Don't wonder the confidence, faith can move mountains but it's good that he has agreed to try. Faith should be accompanied by good works. I would've suggested he went for Addyzoa and Motility Boost or Fertilaid and Motility Boost if he wants to do a one month combo. Fertilaid & Addyzoa are almost same. But if you've bought both already, let him take Addyzoa one month and then Fertilaid the 2nd month. it's better that way. And yes the supplements helps with boosting sperm parameters in the presence of Varicocele. Note that it won't cure the Varicocele but will boost sperm enough to achieve Pregnancy. You also need to BD frequently in your Fertile window. The 4day abstinence to build up sperm doesn't really favour people with low sperm count.

U guyss are blessed..Fvine, u are really aa counsellor. Ok..i av looked and looked for the maca u recommended for the 'low libido' thing (a post frm QueenB). I didn't get..could u pls tell me where I could likely get it? I v been to Health Plus..
And for the CM, I realised I get to see it, especially immediately after my period. Does it mean I ovulation btw day6 to day 10? Also, I seldomly experience pain at my two sides (ovaries). The last time I checked, when I had such pain, I was told I had 6 follicles.
I really don't get this whole thing of not conceiving since my body could produce as much as 6follicles.
It's quite possible that you ovulate early, what's your cycle length? Try BDing regularly even when you feel like you might not be ovulating. It's not everyone that experiences the pain and that doesn't mean that you're not ovulating. Am surprised that Health Plus doesn't have Maca, they don dey fall hand oh! Try Alpha Pharmacy and all dem big Pharmacy for Ikeja. Alternatively you can check online at Kaymu, Jumia etc or maybe go for the forever living product brand from any forever seller or outlet.

Ovulating during or just after ur period is a very rare phenomenon.
I av a friend who says she O during her period. Her dh is a snr doctor too. Wen dey were ttc her hubby friend who is an obgyn after askin her questions confirmed she maybe o ing during af. So since den she Bd 3days to af, once or twice during Af (immediately after bathing) n days just after af. And her opk shows positive during af.
So....

@mamakendra God will do it. Maybe u shld try fair haven motility boost, count boost n maca. And go green

the mama asking for price of omega n maca its usually btw 3k to 5k but depends on brand n strength

Nne, its 8 % motility ooo, not 80.
But I have be pregnant before about 4 yrs ago, when his motility was about 20%. He has tried many supplement, Addyzoa, tamoxifen, now we are on Manix. Anyway, he dosent take his drugs religiously. I don talk tire. Na God hand I put am.
***God is bigger than ALL my problems***
12million is OK for IUI but the Motility is too low which is why I believe the Gynae was recommending IVF. I don't buy her reasoning that it will be same as your regular BD. With IUi, the sperm will have a shorter journey/distance to the Egg. But nevertheless before IVF, she's supposed to try and help boost the Sperm and Motility. That's my annoyance with most Fertility clinics in Nigeria. Their idea of Fertility Clinic is IVF and IUI. They test you and recommend and move with the one you fall into. None of them ever tries to help couples overcome their fertility issues and conceive naturally. Imagine if one wants 5 children and does IVF and gets the 1st a Singleton, then she'll be expected to do at least 3 or more IVF's bah!. It's well. God is bigger than all problems and will surely bless his children. He should just continue with the Manix and healthy eating to boost his Sperm.. He should also consider taking Vit E or a Men's Conception Multivitamin. If he'll agree to drink, make Tiger Nuts Milk (Aya, Aki Awusa) for him to drink occasionally. They also said Onion Juice mixed with honey works. The challenge is getting him to take it. God will help us.

Mamas una good evening ooo, abeg help me touchlight dis hsg result ooo

Preliminary film - -no bone, joint or soft tissue abnormality is seen.

Contrast film---- The uterine cavity is normal in size and shows a smoothoutine.

Both fallopian tubes are outlined to their fibriod ends.

There is mild dilatation of distal ends of both fallopian tubes but showes smoothoutine outined.

There is however spillage of contrast medium into peritonal cavity.

Delayed images show retention of contrast medium within the pelvis and fallopian tubes suggestive of pelvic adhesion. The contrast is not seen to spread out of pelvic cavity.

Impression----Normal uterine cavity
Bilateral Mild hydosalpix
Pelvic adhesion.

The Impression sums up the findings.
Normal Uterine Cavity - The uterus is in good shape

Bilateral Mild Hydrosalphinx - Both tubes are mildly filled with fluid. Hydrosalphinx which is fluid in the tube is usually as a result of infection or injury.

Pelvic Adhesion - This is also known as scar tissue. This can distort or block the fallopian tube. It's usually by caused by things that can lead to inflammation such as infection, surgery, endometriosis.

My suggestion will be to try alternative means that Mamas here have used with success. Also get a swab test done for infection so that you and your DHcan get treated if you have one. I'll post a combo that a Mama used successfully for Blocked Tubes and Hydrosalphinx. It contains the popular Guaifebao. Above all have faith and pray. There's nothing impossible or too much for God to do.

Nne, abeg sharperly start bding NOW, and every other day, even with the pain. Till the ewcm stops or even af starts (Na BFP we want shaooo)
Its possible for opk not to capture your ovulation. Always correlate your opk findings with another method. Either temperature charting, body signs/pelvic pain, scan etc. Some opk's are not reliable
Tnx Ma, BDing fully activated grin

Good morning mamas, i so love the spirit in here... the baby talks, scans , edd,the vigilantee groups, the morning sickness thing etc... i wish i have ported to this thread already. In all honesty i jealous you all.... Well, my solace is that come Jan or Feb i will be #teamSep or Oct.... and join in every discussion here too in Jesus name. Congratulation to you all i celebrate you all and my love to your lo's.

Remember this post you made in Dec 2015. God answered you just what you confessed. By conception calculations, you actually took in Feb, but missed your af in March.
See ladies, confession brings possession. So start confessing positively today. Lets not allow ANY negative report proceed from our mouth, even if its what the doctor said. It takes some getting used to, but lets try.
Am so getting preggy next month. The devil is a loser

@fvine does it mean d tubes are blocked or something

Kind of confuse
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Fvine: 9:46pm On Mar 17, 2016
Fvine:

@ venizia was able to use Gynapharm from Kedi products plus Guaifebao to unblock her tubes which also had hydrosalphinx.

I've also read success stories of Mamas here using Guaifebao only. Others Clean point Tampon only or a combination that is using one immediately after the other.

So what has worked for Mamas here is Guaifebao Princess Pearl, Clean point Tampon sold by @ Mumihaja, Gynapharm a Kedi company product. Welcome and may your stay be fruitful and short. Take Care and God bless.

@ pweetybabe, fvine has been able to explain in detail to u. Apart from d medicines stated in the post quoted, I think u should also add serrapeptase to it. U can search for pple who conceive with hydrosalpinx on youtube and u can see mama's who have been able to conceive after using serraptase.

It's just partially blocked and not completely otherwise the fluid wouldn't have gone in at all to outline the Uterine cavity
