I tend to agree. In my experience people who leave Islam become non-religious, like agnostic or atheist. I saw one survey of ex-Muslims (admittedly unscientific) in which more than 90% of them did not join another religion after leaving Islam. Converting to Christianity happens, but I think it's the minority who do this.

I for one abhor Islam. I will rather stick my life for true Christianity than for Islam.
