@ EgunMogaji, this are not the best of times for property owners in the Lekki gardens, l am glad l listened to my inner intuition and sold my unit couple of months ago, who knows l might have been in a big mess now with this latest brouhaha, l feel for those who invested heavily with Lekki gardens, Rip to all those who died .

Less than two weeks after a building under construction by Lekki Gardens collapsed, killing no fewer than 35 people, Lagos State Govt says stability tests on buildings constructed by the building company to ascertain their structural integrity have commenced.

According to the acting General Manager of the Lagos State Materials Testing Laboratory, Rasheed Balogun, the test is to ascertain the 'liveability status' of all buildings constructed by Lekki Gardens.

He said the tests would be non-destructive test and partial destructive in some cases. It would also be extended to other construction sites and estates within and around the Lekki area to confirm their status.

According to Mr Balogun, the tests will be conducted on some buildings without sending away the occupants in the Lekki Gardens Estate in order not to cause them discomfort. However, he said vacating the structures was the best option and would speed up the testing process.

He urged the occupiers of structures within the Lekki Gardens Estate, to comply with the vacation order of the governor, and vacate the buildings until investigations were completed.

Some rooms have OK ventilation, but not all. The living room ventilation is poor though.

However I think the biggest concern with this plan is the size of the bathrooms and kitchens... too small. Try and reduce the number of bathrooms for a bigger one.

The kitchen has no room for appliances like fridge , freezer cooker....etc

Put the full dimensions so people can do makeover on this forum

This your architect does not want you to bath and wash mouth in this house?...no space for bathtub, shower sink or wash basin

I assume this is for rentage purpose. The architect did very well with movement, space utilization, ventilation and safety of occupancy.

I noticed some areas that can be improved on.
1. The window in that room with only one window can be made wider.

2. The roof can be improved upon to have a better looking house.

Structurally, I think you need to introduce expansion joint for structural rigidity.

What sort of SatBox does one need to use, to get all those Freebies (Sports, Music, Films, e.t.c).

On a different note, l think l have suggested to you sometimes in the past, on the need to focus on wireless Cameras...as against these wired ones which are more cumbersome to fix (breaking walls, laying cables, safety of those cables in case of violation by thieves, e.t.c).
The wireless ones are also easy to deploy and move around.

Too much wireless electromagnetic fields already. Pls don't increase it when we have alternatives (at the least, not until there is a general consensus about the safety implications). Think about the babies...
