I learnt that the NASS passed two sitting on the proposal to make the PCN an FG agency. Is it connected to the connections u mentioned? Plus what happens if they meet the conditions? I wish the FG can only absorb the PCN as one of its bodies. E for really help the youth in terms of employment.

Currently in one of the state Commands of NSCDC on a hunt for info bothering on the supplementary list and the March/April recruitment. Pray I get some more important info from this very Senior officer of the Corps.

2016 NSCDC RECRUITMENT SHALL HOLD

Bellow are the findings I got from one of the topest ogas in one of the State Commands just like I promised I'all feed u guyz:


1) That PMB has approved that 10k new staff be recruited into the NSCDC dis year.

2) That the CDFIPB are waiting for the budget to be passed before they start publicizing vacancies

3) That the actual recruitment of new staff may commence by April

4) That before now, the Corps only ordered that 10 persons per state be recruited out of the Volunteers.



I guess these should help re-ignite the flame of hope in those who expect the general recruitment. Hope these helps the house?
I pledge to continue informing the house on any Info I gather pertaining this recruitment.


Pls those with credible sources should confirm the above info.

From all indications, the delay in the NASS in passing this year's budget might explain the reason this NSCDC 2016 general recruitment is held down till date but good news is, the budget has just been laid by the NASS 2day the 22nd day of 2016. Now awaiting final scrutiny and PMB's signing before it is put in motion.


All in all, I know say this is our year.
