The warriors almost lost that game too. I do not think pop cares much, the game he cares about is the warriors game, i think a lot of team will start defending the warriors the way pop and the lakers did. Warriors might win it this year, but not the next. Teams are already finding out how to play them.

The only team capable of matching the GSW is the OKC on their good day. But something seems wrong with the way they've been playing recently. Lets see how they play the Rockets tonight, #fear the Beard#

But you gotta love the splash brothers any day anytime, you think you've marked Steph and the others pop out from nowhere. ##smiles

It is not about if the spurs can play like that for seven games, it is about how many games they would play before they get to the conference finals, and how many games the warriors plays.
If any team succeeds to push the spurs to seven games, there might be a problem, and i am afraid some team might. If dallas meets with spurs, i would not expect an easy win over dallas, although they will win. Carlise always seems to know how to play the spurs.

I think the reason why dellavadova got tired early was because he was the only one that could stay on curry. If you watch the spurs game, for the few seconds i did. It was a lot of switching between green, Parker, and kawhi, although parker did most of the job. When we look at the spurs, all their guards can stay on curry. All of them.

We all know if you disrupt curry's flow early on in the fourth quarter, the team struggles. It has always happened.
We are talking about a hypothethical series. I do agree anyone potentially facing the Warriors in the Finals has more games to play anyway.

I don't expect much from this Dallas team vs the Spurs. They are an unserious bunch. Dirk aside the rest have been a massive disappointment especially Parsons and Matthews who have been wildly inconsistent. I also find it appalling that the Mavs have not drafted anyone remotely competent since Josh Howard back in 03/04

Besides the switches on Curry the absence of Iggy and their bigs was another issue. That game screamed for someone that could slash and bang in the paint as well essentially giving Steph and co room to work.

Parker cannot stay on Steph all series long, Kawhi might but it will hurt his offense and create other matchup problems plus I personally don't think he can guard Steph. Danny Greeen has always been my candidate from day 1 tbh

But he's trying tho, wish he was with the Durant / westbrook...then they (OKC) would compete with the splash bros better tongue tongue

I just heard this morning that parsons is out for the whole year again.
You know during the year we drafted larkin, i wanted Schroeder or Giannis, i wish we could have made a deal to get one of them. Dallas is definitely out of the playoff race, and even if we make it, we are going to exit first round exit. Like i always said, i wish cuban could have put around dirk better players than this.

We are just going to wait till western conference finals to see. Hopefully, there will not be an upset. Its funny though, no team in the east can beat these championships contenders in the west in a 7 game series

Parsons looking like a bust already. The Mavs should have taken a team option and just opt out of extending him, now they have to hope he opts out. With the nature of his injuries they would be dodging a bullet. Try to lure a ninja like Harrison Barnes or Khris Middleton maybe Durant lol if they are available and not completely waste Dirk's last few years in the league

Cuban for all his shark tank genius has been quite puzzling with his NBA related decisions. Just look at the Rondo trade and how he got phucked seven ways from Sunday

Here's also wishing Craig Sager the best, his cancer prognosis is not good at all

I just want to beat them down, and i think it is going to be a great game, but i know it is very hard to make it happen, as Warriors are at their peak time.

errrrrm I guess 7 teams already dd dat... You can't stop them per say cuz they r resilient, vibrant n have heart. You just need to exploit cracks in their game and play a stellar game, keeping in mind dat your next game might definitely be a L grin 7 teams took their chances n prospered. 2 got away with the "next game jinx" 5 weren't so lucky cheesy

Don't worry here's a chance. Golden state vs Clippers tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing it be a 5-0 regular season. tongue

Rumors going around that OKC would be getting a new coach.

Ok, let's see if Clippers can make it happen. By the way, i think OKC would be the potential team to beat GSW. KD and West Brook are better now, especially West Brook, becomes more mature and play more teamworks with his teammates.

Who is going to be the new coach of OKC?

I don't know how this logic works. OKC are 3-0 against GSW and people are still saying they are the potential GSW beaters? How?

Besides, the game against the Clippers is at the Waracle. Isn't it disrespectful to expect a loss from the Warriors?

Sorry, I read wrong.

Until OKC get their defence on and Find depth in their bench, nothing will happen.

True that, KD despite his frame is wobbly in defence, unable to turn his hips when driven past. Westbrook's intermittent turnovers not helping matters. Although Steph is missing some threes lately unlike him, maybe defenses are figuring out how to play him or he's finally showing signs that he's human. I don't see OKC defeating GSW anytime soon without KD and Westbrook upping their games.

Anyone knows when Iguodala gets back?

I concur with you, i think after watching both teams closely this season, its quite insulting to read the possibility of the Thunders defeating the Warriors..

The Thunders have been discussed exhaustively on this thread this season, their prospects and their issues.

I honestly don't see the thunder winning a 7 game series against the Warriors.

Shout out to Dirk Nowitzki...would go down as one of my all time greatest player ever.

If you simply compare westbrook with curry, and KD against any GSW forward, I can see how you come to this conclusion. But the reason GSW is this good is not Curry's individual brilliance, even though this is what sportscenter likes to highlight. Its the sets they play and the discipline to stick to their game plan. Even when Curry has a bad day, they still almost always win. If westbrook has a bad day, it is finished.

Westbrook is not really a PG - he doesnt have the mentality and it burns OKC when the shots stop falling, usually in the fourth when you really need those points, but he already lost his legs because he was leaping like a frog all day lol. Durant has refused to get to the next level, that is using his team mates to punish teams loading up on him and taking advantage of that length on defense.

GSW will beat OKC 4-1 in any playoff series. That one game sef, I hesitate to give
