We have already address the issue . Cash refund only apply when the order is cancel by we as result of merchant failing to delivery the items or when the merchant fill in fake tracking number.. But as in a case of when the item was deliver and was package and sent out and some go missing as result of unplanned occurrences. We can only resolve that by making %30-50% refund that can be use to order anything at that refund range...
So when you're are ready to use the refund let us know..
