A friend n i had a long discussion over this same issue and from our analysis, the NYSC can make every required preparation (with all things in place) within a space of 30-40
days. With that, we can have batches:
A: April/June
B: August/Sept and
C: Nov/Dec.

It all depends on their readiness and decision to make.

Buh aside this oh, i still expect more suspense from them.
