Good evening mamas, I feel very Down and worried. my fiancee disclosed to me that he lost one of his testis sue to a testicular torsion he had when he was little.please is there anyone with one testis that has successfully conceived ?

Dearest sister, congratulations on your engagement and impending wedding.
Now back to your question, in most cases, more than enough hormones and sperm are produced in one healthy testicle for both a healthy sex life and the ability to fertilise eggs. Having one testicle is similar to people who have one lung, kidney, or ovary; only one organ is truly necessary.

Medically, as long as he is healthy, and producing adequate viable sperm in his remaining testicle, his lone testicle will not impact his sex life or
ability to have children. Psychologically, however,
some men with one testicle experience feelings of
inadequacy, loss of masculinity, or self-consciousness that can interfere with sexual
functioning.
However, since each person is unique, your health care provider is the best source for information in your particular situation. With her/his assistance, you can find out if everything checks out physically.

I come with a slightly different approach... Im playing the devils advocate
Marriage they say is first for companionship and children are only a blessing. Do you see yourself living happily with him 'IF' he cannot give you children?
The answer to this question would help you with your decision and approach to him and the issue.

I believe almost all the human organs have a redundancy, 2 eyes, 2kidneys, 2 testicles, 2 ovaries, 2 fallopian tubes etc. If we are faced with the challenge of the option to live with someone that has 1 of whatever organ, would we be willing to accept the challenge for the sake of love?
If the answer is yes, then our actions would prove and convince the other party that we are genuinely seeking a solution to a problem and not just looking for a way out of the relationship. If you know that you would stick with your man no matter what, you would know how to convince him to do an SFA as an assurance that all is well with both of you...infact, id advice you both get full fertility testing so all your cards are on the table.

Goodevening fruitful pple. Im here again ooo. Another tori don resurface. Was having plenty discharge which had very creamy colour almost very light yellow, after I came back from village Xmas. Wen I clean deep into my cervix mouth, use to also have light bloody discharge in the tissue or cotton wool I use. I actually bathed in the village stream during the festive period, once though. Don't know weda it was the cause. The discharge was accompanied with mild smell. The discharge was kind of gummy. The stream was as salt water and had little oil floating on it. It lasted dt January till ds March. Decided to run a test in a lab. HVS. They detected moderate growth of staph. Was placed on 10 days antibiotics. Four types of drugs. hubby also treated alongside. we didn't know weda we should resume sex since my ovulation fell on the 12th day wch is two days after the 10 days medication. So we tried condom yesterday and today, it gave me bruises. I have 26 days cycle. Now ds evening being the 12th day I said let me check my discharge again. Noticed I'm still having lot of discharge but clearer than b4 the treatment and no odours. I now inserted deep into the cervix to check for the bloody discharge. I noticed it came out with the wool and tissue I used.

My period ended since Thursday, dried up totally Friday. And since ds encounter since January, I have not noticed my EWCM again. Please do you have an idea what else could be the problem? Or what test again should i undergo? It's not easy ooo. Thank u all!

Im not familiar with Uyo, but one time I was looking for pressed I went there and just checked all the pharmacies on one road like that.

Ndo Nwanne m. But please stop inserting tissue and cotton wool up your vagina and cervix tip. You could be causing yourself harm by doing this. I don't know what the problem could be but my suggestion will be to go for another HVS to be sure the infection is gone. Sometimes these infections are stubborn and need a longer antibiotics treatment. In fact my Dr's antibiotics treatment for ttc is for 21days (IV Injections) whether you have an identified infection or not. Antibiotics and being infection free both from active and dormant infection is very key for Fertility. Some women get pregnant after a comprehensive antibiotics protocol. So Sis biko, go back to testing and to the Dr. Maybe you should also do a Cleanse with Guaifebao or Clean Point. Take care.

@wholesomegrace, i don't think they sell fertilsanm in Nigeria. Ur best bet would be to buy from Amazon.
@lilyamaka2003,in addition to what @fvine said, u can also try one of these tampons(clean point or Guifei bao).
@sugah and @imoge thanks for been active and helping us out. .

Thanks Fvine. Sm1 suggested I should tell them to do pap smear. Is dt correct? Could it be dt the lab did a wrong test? It wasn't a clinic I went to. It was a big lab where they have different medical personnel. Then I was referred to a pharmacist who gave me refampicin, doxycycline, jobelyn and one cepro something (hard antibiotics that made me vomit, weak and loose appetite). So should i ask for pap smear?

Praiseworks: wholesomegrace recommended Island Maternity to me. She said its affordable. Other mama's here have used ACV + BSM to shrink their fibroids, you can as well try it. Just like my new gynae said, intramural fibroid does not prevent pregnancy or implantation but it can cause miscarriage.

Enatasha thanks but I don't want to do surgery although I
was told its still small my reason is I did surgery for ruptured appendicitis just looking for alternative means to expel them.A doc advised my DH that it won't disturb me from getting preggers so he asked me not to do anything but I just don't want them there at all. thanks dear. pls I will like my name to be included in the prayers. March my birth month the lord has blessed us with a lot of bfps and more are still coming.
I will also like to do a thorough detox of my system too.

Don't be worried dear, oda mamas hv adviced u well. In my fgbmfi fellowship, a man testified dat wen he was a young man, one of his testis was bashed in due 2 an autocrash n he lost it. His doctor uncle recommended only Proviron 4 him he took it 4 3months n to God's glory he never ttc, he is a proud father of 6 wonderful kids. Nothin God cannot do, ds is d best time 2 support him. Js get him 2 do comprehensive testing n examination n take d drugs prescribed starting now, cos u are lucky 2 hv found out now b4 marriage unlike many of us here. Congrats on ur union in advance.

Morning Mamas, devil does not fight were he has nothing 2 gain because every lo we will conceive will be for signs n wonders. Wish u all God's peace n more bfps.

Happy nine months 2 all bellefull mamas, God will finish wat he has started IJN
