PietroRico: Below was my comment elsewhere. I highlighted the key issues of the match. Also, although Moses is a very good dribbler he took the ball too far from the goalkeeper when he rounded him. Kanu Nwankwo during his time would have dribbled the goalkeeper and still have the ball in his feet. It was painful to drop points so carelessly. elampiro: |

elrony: I said it yesterday. But Eagles own was mostly due to underrating the Egyptians thereby throwing too many men forward. Even at 85th minute, the marking was lackadiscal as forward players left it to midfieders and defenders. The coach making attacking changes and believing the game was won. Even the commenrator said the Egyptians didn't look like scoring but the Eagles hoping to pile more woes on the Egyptians. Truly everything looked good until Oboabona decided to go down in front of our box when our keeper had the ball. What a wrong position to feign injury in order to waste time. Our keeper then put the ball in touch deep in our area for fair play. The Egyptians outsmarted us. The way we defended carelessly at 90th minute, sometimes you remember Mourinho in such situations. |

elampiro: Well, they better learn from yesterday's experience. Nothing pays better than seeing the game to the end and then you know your victory is guaranteed!.. I hate those silly time wasting techniques if feigning injury. What happened to holding the ball and making your opponent suffer to get it while time elapsed.. Useless bunch. |

They were having this discussion on ESPN during the Germany - England friendly... with Vardy, Kane, Welbeck, Sturridge, Sterling Alli, Barkley and co. do they still need Rooney!? If he makes the team, should he just bench for these guys? |

Roger Lukaku told Het Laatste Nieuws that his son, who has scored 25 goals for Roberto Martinez's side this season, is ready to move on. The 22-year-old Belgium international joined the Toffees in 2014 for £28 million after failing to make the first-team at Chelsea and has become the subject of interest for many of Europe's top clubs with his performances. "He's ready," Lukaku Sr. told Het Laatste Nieuws. "I see that there is interest from Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Chelsea and Manchester United. "I think he must choose Manchester United or Bayern Munich. Manchester United is a team under construction with no real focus. "Bayern Munich is a machine where he can rotate well. The only condition is if Robert Lewandowski leaves." Lukaku distanced himself from the teams suggested by his father, but told Sky Sports News that he wants to play Champions League football next season. "That is my dad's point of view; I think those are the teams he likes," he said. "It means people are keeping an eye on you. http://www.espnfc.us/story/2837383/romelu-lukaku-must-join-man-united-or-bayern-father |

RuuDie: right from d inception of this season,I told someone that I feel for Roy hogson,I said come end of season,he'd b faced with a Rooney dilemma, any ardent follower of Rooney and manu, wud know that Rooney has been in decline for d past 3 seasons,....yes he might score one or two spectacular goals, might defend, but d Rooney we know has finished...even when Kane was having drought beginning of d season,I knew he'd come good..now with vardy also, that was an unforseen variable,it would b an enigma to football if Kane or vardy doesn't start as d top 9,leaving Rooney with d no 10 position...alli and Barkely are perfectly more suited for that role than Rooney...so once again,I feel sorry for hodson, cos any decision he makes concerning Rooney would attract backlash from d fans.... |
