Sorry dear about the failed procedure, having gone through the same thing I can tell you it hurts....especially when your doctor cannot even tell you why it failed. At least you where in the know about the thin uterine lining. I have read your history you have posted so far and I see its majorly a male issue for you guys except for the harshness of clomid on your uterine lining.
My advice to you is not to rush into another procedure immediately, im sure the hospital told you to do another procedure immediately.... They are more concerned about your money and to quickly move you on to IVF stage.
Please take time to prepare your bodies for the procedure. Do a detox and antibiotics treatment... The antibiotics might help further improve your dh's numbers.
To improve your ovarian reserve you use dhea, coQ10 and Vit E.
Substitute clomid for soy isoflavone, tamoxifen or letrozole.
You can start the detox as soon as AF shows up.

I was planning to see her next month without DH's knowledge because he does not really believe in things like that. But deep down I didn't want any secret. So I mentioned it to him and he said 'why wait till next month when you can speak with her on the phone'
I just called her and she sounded so nice and matured. She asked me to call back on Saturday because she will be travelling by Monday. So by Saturday, a date will be fixed for us to meet. I pray it ends well and in praise.

But believe me, if IVF is the only means through which God will bless you, then he'll surely provide the financial means for you. Just pray, have faith and believe. Someone asked me if I used d letrozole. No, I didn't.
I was planning too. So I got prepared.
Then I came here to ask and was advised on Iso fla.... Since I was on vitex and iso fla was natural.

But I didn't get to use the letrozole or even buy the iso flav.

The cycle was long and I did a lot since I didn't expect to ovulate, however I stopped almost all I was doing on Cd30 waiting for af.

I was taking ecoslim - @Sugah gave me 2 pkts to help me with the weight lose.
I was also taking mason fat burner -she also gave me a bottle to help with the fat burning
Then I had one doctor james pills -laxative I was taking every night and I empty my whole system by 3am.
I was also taking d Dr James tea in d morning
I was also taking metformin - Sugah also gave me like 4 sachets or so.

Infact ehn, she just blessed me and I was taking them, I was praying to get a miracle like her... Cos hers too was unexpected.

Another thing I did which I don't know if I mentioned was I took antibiotics with dh
That was for 10days from cd12 till 22.

Naturally I just wanted to wait for af and stopped all on Cd30 or 35 and got a Bfp on cd50 or so.

There another part....I was always talking to Udoomama and she kept encouraging me, when I tell her am just waiting for af, she would say no, u would get a positive test. And I was like no, I didn't ovulate and she would say she too didn't know if she ovulated or not.
That I should just know it's a positive. She was so sure.
When she wanted to even help me with letrozole cos Its cheaper from her location, she was like why not wait a bit and I was like no o, as soon as af starts I would want to use it.
That's how she got them and even added M2tone and other drugs -metformin and all.

I have digressed? Don't mind me, I just know I had more to share as I stated that my keypad was acting up.

I also did my master cleanse but stopped at 3 days.
That's same month o. I wanted to lose weight at all cost but I lost only 2 or 3 kg. Although I felt very light all through the cycle... Wasn't heavy and clumsy like b4.

So i started out with a detox/colon cleanse
-squeeze lemon in warm water and drink first thing in the morning
-my detox juice (i bought a juicer) contents were -celery, apple, cucumber, green pepper, (parsley occassionally),lemon and ginger root. i drink this right after the lemon water
-swedish bitters mixed in water i took all through the day
-also got dulcolax (laxative), took that for 3 days.
-the plan was to continue with living bitters after the swedish bitters finishes cos i had just started my period when i started the detox and living bitters was not recommended for women in their period. I bought living bitters, took 1 spoon and trashed the damn thing! that shii is bitter!!!!!!!

Typical meal plan was: Breakfast- 2 eggs
Lunch- moi moi or grilled chicken and steamed vegetables
Dinner- chicken peppersoup, vegetable soup with little oil or just lots of watermelon
snack in between meals, fruits or nuts. Lots of water all through the day

Exercise routine: started out slow initially ..started with 30mins everyday but ended up doing 2 hours in the gym 4 or 5 times a week. 1hr cardio and 1 hr weight training. Best way to stay disciplined is to find someone to workout with...it helps with motivation

My pharmacists also added some drugs. A brand of orlistat (Ecoslim or Xenical) and fat burner supplement (it contains inositol and vitamin B6 which is wonderful for women with PCOS). Orlistat is prescribed for obese people, it breaks down the fat and you pass it out as oil in your stool. so you see oil in your faeces, that kind of discourages you from eating meals that are cooked with red oil (at least it did that to me )

Id just post the antibiotics prescription here for anyone who wants to do it.
