you see I am a mentor to people. I mentor people academically, psychologically but not spiritually because am not very spiritual. One thing I have learnt is expression. People must be able to express themselves. Someone could have am opinion and you see the attacks on such a fellow. This fellow could be a shy person who sought to mingle on a faceless forum. The attacks and bullying he receives could push such a fellow to depression. I know I have blown my top once or twice here, but it's a shameful thing to do and make a habit. Even those who throw jibes could be doing it to let off their own frustrations. But there are people who have become cyber bullies. Plus their perceptions about life results in people posting fallacies which future generations could read and be mislead. You see I agree it's fun, I read most times and when I feel like I share a story in the first or second person reflecting fiction or true life experience meant to teach, relax or humour. People should stand up for cyber bullying. You could make a post and from no where someone throws a jab. For no damn reason. It's not a good way to converse.

When I attend tech conferences, I insist on a revamp of the security model. Yet just as I have observed on this forum. No technological approach can solve this malaise. If you ban them, they get another account and continue. It's a human thing. Anyway I intend to quit the thread posting on this section. It's beneath me.

well said, but left for me alone i know how to manage people and their way of life, imediately i stay with you for few minutes i can decipher the kinda person you are and suit into your life perfectly well that even when you start manifesting your negative side it won't affect me...and plus, you must keep an accomodating heart to welcome and swallow tantrums cos they must come, esp in this romance section...this is my strategy and it has been working for me both online and offline

To have read posts where I responded in kind to abuse is so shameful. I intend to desist from such behaviour. Thus why I had to inquire the age bracket here. thanks bro. I like the anti cyber bullying thread idea. Will post that once in awhile to create a safe place for people to air their views on issues, irrespective of how stupid it sounds. It's their God given right to express it without fear of attacks or bullying.
