I went back two weeks after and my LO and heartbeat was seen at 8wks. I pray dis blessing wil go round in double and triple fold for us here IJN. For mamas dat are inducing ovulation pls look for an alternative to clomid bcaus dis clomid left my enemy with 5cm cyst plus two fibroid dat are already dere. I never use to have cyst I pray it shrinks in no time. Have a fruitful day.

@ iomoge2, Mumihaja and pwettymii, you're very correct. It's same as Cayenne pepper. I usually go for the dried ones though which I either buy and grind or buy the Powdered ones sold mostly by Aboki's in Lagos. The dried one is called Atagbibe (spelling ?) in Yoruba. Not sure of the spelling, but that's how it will be written in Igbo as per the way it's pronounced. Hausa's usually carry the dry one both powdered and un-powdered.

Yes it's same used for the massage/ Castor oil therapy. Just buy like 2 bottles which will be enough to soak a cotton cloth like a cheap Male white singlet, use it and store in a glass container after use. You can continue to use for massage severally and discard only when it develops a foul odour.

@ suremum has 3 seeds of Clean Point Tampon she wants to give out. Discuss and collect from her. I believe that if your tubes are not blocked and you just want to cleanse / do "general maintenance" then the 3 seeds should be enough for you.

Hello Mumigrace, this is the type i use, since it is cold pressed it is usually believed to be hexane free. Cold pressed is said to be safer as the nutrients are not lost in processing of making them unlike refined castor oil. I believe this is also hexane free cos it is for consumption some over-due preggies drink this to induce labour, at least i know my cousin took it and it didn't have any negative side effect except that it over-quickened her labour

ACV is safe throughout the cycle, am not sure about BSM. Lemon is also safe throughout the cycle. Please ditch the garlic, it's a blood thinner and has its negatives especially in high does. Although Garlic is used in curing/managing many ailments so it's not bad in itself. ACV + BSM for ttc is used for Fibroids. ACV taken alone on an empty stomach lowers blood sugar. It also makes the body alkaline which is optimal for health and is very helpful for weight loss. Lemon also works same way as ACV so it's actually an overkill if you're taking both ACV and Lemon at the same time.
