DAV001: I can tell you, with evidences, that you are good to go with your jamb score . Scoring high in putme isn't difficult, with Allah, reading smart and not wide bro. Being from kwara gives you a great edge. Practical E.g. in present 100L, 246/72 indigene was heavier than 268/78 non-indigene |

samiah: Take the form before nysc pls. I know of peepz that graduated last year nd still got medicine through DE (from unilorin tho). All you need is your transcript which "unilorin" will make available to be useful for this year's DE admission. I will advice you to move closer to some top notch lecturers in your department and find trusted "human connections" after the divine's. You know unilorin now. DE quota for mbbs was very low last year. All the best. |

Brownhypo:Unilag is one of those schools that make their admission "formulae" known. Kill the cut off and you are in. Find out the cut off they used last year for BDS, add 10 to it, Let x be ur putme score and use your jamb score to find what x must be. Get their real past questions and then be realistic with yourself. However, you have months to "transform" yourself as nothing is impossible. UI nd OAU are options if you are skeptical and COC is still available. With UI, just start preparing like you want to take jamb again (but without calculator and with more time consciousness). With OAU, take a week tour to oau campus later this month (when their new intakes would have resumed) for materials. Don't forget to touch their predegree camp o. Then study hard. Before anything, seek your Lord's counsel. All the best 6 Likes 3 Shares |

Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Nobody: 12:38pm On Apr 04, 2016 |
Brownhypo: I didn't say that sir. Unilag, oau, ui cut off marks for BDS last year were 64.75, 270 and 61 resp. Catchment cut off are usually few marks lower in unilag and oau tho. Meaning u need to aim @ at least 75, 319 and 65 in unilag, oau and ui's putme resp. None of the above scores is impossible. Get their question patterns and see which of them u r ok with most. 319 obviously looks scary, but numerous peepz got more than that last year. It just has tactics. I hope this helps. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Nobody: 4:55pm On Apr 05, 2016 |
itzwell: Hmmmn. Honestly, I don't know of any1 who has, but I know numerous people who av been stuck deep in failures nd later came out of it to become tsars in d disciplines where they failed. "Failure is inevitable, pray for yours to come when you have the wherewithal to come out of it stronger"- Anonymous. If people can overcome failures as residents where success is more complex, so to speak, then 2nd MB isn't hell. What d mind can conceive, d body can achieve. Positive mental attitude, perseverance nd above all, God's grace perform magic. Do know that failure itself isn't a disaster, inability to manage it is. |
