I felt a bit sleepy but managed to get a nurse to call my DH with my phone. I spoke wonky and slow but he understood all I said. After about 30-45mins, the anesthesia wore off and I noticed they put a pad on for me. Also my left fingers feel kinda funny, am feeling slight backache like am having AF, am also bleeding slightly which the Dr said could last for up to 2 days. Now that's it. He sent me home with some pills, and an antibiotics injection which am to take for 4 days.

He actually said what he prescribed for me was Omega 3,6,9 Combo and not Omega 3,6 without the 9 like I thought. Am to let him know once I get my period so that we can start Ovulation induction and ttc.

Sorry for the long epistle, am I just trying to document to help someone. When my Dr told me about this procedure, I searched online but couldn't get any detailed info on anyone's experience.

The functional cyst is gone.

Count is missing from here but I've seen it on your reply in another post. Since there's no infection spotted, it could be hormonal, Varicocele or atrophy but never mind so much just concentrate on boosting it up first. The problem seems to be count and Motility. My suggestion would be Fairhaven Fertilaid and Motility Boost or Addyzoa + Vit E. He should also take liquid milk, Cucumbers and Tiger Nuts regularly. Another alternative esp if the Fairhaven combo seems pricey is to first take Manix with Liquid Milk + Vit E and then next month switch to Addyzoa. Some of the ingredients on the Fairhaven drugs are also on the Addyzoa. Manix works great on count.

The results shows you have Subserous Calcified Fibroids. This means Fibroids outside the womb that have turned stone like and no longer able to grow. I doubt if they're the cause of your infertility since they're Subserous. I think the culprit will be PCOS.

We've discussed PCOS quite a lot here and I think it's best you read up on it and start helping yourself. First step should be to run away from Carbs, take Omega 3,6,9 to balance your hormones. Also see a Dr to help you with prescriptions and if necessary Ovulation induction and timed intercourse.

Your FSH number shows that your Ovarian Reserve is good/fair. The LH: FSH ratio is OK so no PCOS indicated. Your Prolactin is on the high side of normal so I think it's best you work to move it farther down. You can go natural with Vit B6 or Vit B Complex and eating Plenty of Cabbage. Also add steamed Ewedu if you can. Let DH take it sofly with boob play. Your progesterone at Day 21 ( hopefully 7dpo or more) is high at 40 meaning that you ovulated well so no issues there, 40 is very high oh, did you take any Ovulation drugs?. I think in general, you have a good hormone profile. Just try and BD regularly and not just when you think you're ovulating. Although it's good to know when you're ovulating so that you can increase BD actions then.

Absolutely correct ma'am.There was a time I was always having those bad dreams,and discovered overtime that it's only when I sleep unclad I normally have them,so I started covering up o no matter the heat,even if it means just using a wrapper to cover from my chest to thigh and the rubbish stopped.
