My brother, Nigeria is going through a lot presently and only God can/will see us through.

On the news, Technically, I do not see the position of the Vice President as something that will be realizable. My reasons are thus;
1. 2016 fiscal year budget is still pending as at April which has made the economy to be grounded; the govt will want to speed things up.
2. Our Traveler-in-chief sorry commander in chief has travelled out again to China and he hasn't even sight the details of budget. So everything will be pending till he comes back and receive the deliberations of the economy team on the details of the budget before he pend his signature of which I do not see the possibilities of sending back the budget to NASS.
3. Some of the projects were been put under the constituency projects of the NASS member because that is where their own chop chop will come from.

In summary, April 27 will come to stay if by Monday 18 April,2016(next week) NYSC do not come out to change the TT! In other words, we can still say for now if April 27 remain the same or not!
Let's wait for the next SHOCKER!!!

About the news, I'd say no cause for alarm yet.
The budget has being returned. The keypoint noted. And it will be adjusted.. that shouldn't take long.
By Wednesday it should be back for the president .

If the president is around, this week would have been feasible. But now that he's not around. He might sign it when he comes back by friday.
But just maybe a provision has been made for the VP to sign it since it was the VP that presided over the last meeting.. maybe he has been authorised to sign it.
The budget can also be moved over to him in china to sign..
