@ OP, the solutions that have been given from page 1-11 are quite inspiring, however, i will advise that you take your time to reflect on these solutions i am going to proffer because i have seen people with this plague, got healed and lived a healthy and happy life thereafter. My wife and i had more than 2 years delay trying to conceive, my wife was diagnosed of infections, high prolactin and other medical conditions. Worse of it all, she was diagnosed of TUBAL BLOCKAGE. Urologist can do a testicular biopsy where your sperm can be harvested and used artificially to fertilize a females egg. This can then be implanted (IVF). As for the erection, several studies are in very high stages where there are positive results.

Their are alot of factors to be diagnosed before attempting a treatment or therapy, because it worked for him doesn't mean it will for another. A doctor or urologist totally understands this that is why they diagnose the same problem differently when it comes to male fertility. What I don't know so far is, if it has dire side effects but I doubt.
