Recalling your representative as a constituent in either the Upper or the Lower Chamber has been mentioned many times in the public domain, but it has not been done before as far as I know (correct me if I am wrong).

Can any one give constitutional steps that can be taken by a constituent to recall its representative? If it is achievable, how easy is it?

get someone on high weed, just find his way to the chambers and target when the so called honorable is speaking, interrupt him with a loud voice, shouting his name loudly and showing him and the entire house a placard with the inscription "Honorable XYZ, is called back home by ABC constituency". easy!
