She did not explicitly state that she bought votes but stated that she paid all the way.

She could easily refer to the money she spent obtaining the declaration of intent/nomination form or money spent lobbying the party caucuses both in the state and at the federal levels.

The question will then be whether those practices are not almost normative in Nigeria...

I was in Lokoja last year when Buhari came campaigning and I know how much people were paid. Groups and communities were given certain amount of money to ensure they mobilize their members to attend the rally and of course vote for him, the same for Jonathan.

APC and their propaganda. That is what they did to drive PDP out of office and now they are still doing it instead of delivering on their promises. I have not seen anything incriminating in her chat. We all know poor man cannot run for election because we have made it so in Nigeria. Everyone knows election is not free. To get a form from your party you will need to pay. To get agents to work for you, you will need to pay or did she say she gave voters bribe?

Do you know how much they paid?
Why do you think election is very expensive in Nigeria?
Do you think it's just to rent halls and stadia for rallies, every politician buys votes. Buhari did, Jonathan did. That's the reality.
In any case, I have search the constitution and couldn't find the provision she violated.
But supposing she did wrong, what about those who sold their votes what part of the blame goes to them?
