I actually asked google and it says it naturally lengthens ones cycle and messes ur cycle if you have a regular cycle so I guess that's what happened.

Good morning mothers and fathers of nations. I have been following this thread silently for some time now. I made a post yesterday but it was hidden. This is my 5th month of marriage and i ve bee actively trying for 3 mnths. Last month i had pregnancy symptoms but af came when due (day 25) and i chalked those signs up to anxiety. But i noticed some tissue residue on my pad. This month, i had signs ( metallic taste, crampong, tiredness, tender breast) and period was late only for it to show up yesterday amist severe cramping and sighting of same tissue (not clots) . I am convinced i was pregnant but 4 some reason the baby did not stay. Has anybody had similar experience? . Can someone refer me to a good hospital that's not too expensive in abuja? thanks all

i would advice you give it a while before u visit a gynea, most times being tensed up and anxious has a way of affecting the body and makes it go awol which is why it is advised to always be relaxed and try as much as possible to get TTC off ones mind, we have heard testimonies from "when i wasn't thinking of it" happen to a lot of mamas. Most docs will tell you to give it a year of actively trying before they will attend to you.

But that said, do you have any under lying issue to make you want to see a doc? seeing tissue in AF could be normal as you uterine linning sheds as part of AF which could attimes be visible since pregnancy did not occur that is why it is possible to have AF and not Ovulate. Also do you know how to calculate or check ur fertile period i.e ovulation? Having a 25days cycle means u would ovulate probably 3 days earlier than in a normal 28days cycle all things being equal. Have you been on any prenatal supplements? has your cycle always been 25days?

I think fertileaid works more for those with irregular menstrual cycle.I have a clock work cycle of 26 days but wen i took fertileaid it became 28-30days and like u, i would secretly be praying for 40days so i could do hpt until i read in the reviews that it messes up a regular cycle

Pweetymii, thank you my sister, God sama you with twin BFP. ehen so this FA is a no no for regular cycles, and Legendsmother warned me o, but i got wonderful testimony from my friend and her friend and thought to give it a try cos i never believed in it, i used fertilityblend years back and reacted terribly to it, so i just saw both FA & FB as the same, now i know better.

Anyway i'll probably be on folic acid and just omega3-6-9 for now cos it seems everything i take has one issue or the other.

Again sisters, I wld love to add u learn how to chart ur cervical position as it aids fertility. It aids in making u knw how exactly ur body works all tru ur cycle and also knw when u re ovulating if u re the type wit little or no cervical mucous. some CM we c nd assume as our body is ovulating sometymz isn't so. I knew I was pregnant without any symptoms bfore I evn tested with my last pregnancy and this present one. this is how it is done, during shower time, wash ur hands properly and insert ur middle finger as it is d longest in ur v part. Plz don't use long nails to avoid scratching ur walls or cervix. then check ur cervical position. at d end of a period, d cervix is very low, round hard and pointed at d tip like d tip of ur nose. only a little insertion u wil get to it. as ur cycle goes by, d cervix begins to go higher up in preparation for ovulation. with or without cervical mucous, start bd when u notice ur cervix is high, rounded and very soft like the lower lip. that is when miracles happen. D cervix comes low and hard again and if by God's grace u conceived, it will begin itx journey upward again. this time high, round and not very soft and closed till ur edd but if it doesn't, it remains low for ur af to show. ur longest finger can detest if itz high or low. so gudluck as u start charting ur cervical position. God will do it. quote me if u have questions.

Its possible that you conceive but loose it even before you know and this may be due to progesterone insufficiency. I will advise you start folic acid and maybe 50mg of vit B6 or you can also try out the Omega 3 6 9 combo. Just relax and enjoy hubby for now and before you know it "BOOM" belle don enter .

Pls mamas help me, I search for this Chinese Tea at Ebay am seeing a lot of Yi mu Cao and Xi xian Cao tea I don't know the particular one to purchase. when i read through the internet about the tea i understand Xi Xian Cao (Siegesbeckia) and Yi Mu Cao (Leonurus) together with Serrapeptase works better and opens the blocked tubes within 10 days of taking it. Thanks Towerofgrace , i feel uplifted already. My cycle was 28 but changed to 25 last year reasons unknown. I was taking folic acid 40mg but stopped when af came. Also i am confused abt my days of ovulation. i used to know when i ovulate but now i cant even tell from cm cos its almost same altru

Yes you can take all three together. I concur with @ Sabrina on the Progesterone insufficiency. Taking Vit B6 will correct it and lengthen your Luteal Phase.

Kataleya darl, you are welcome and I wish you a very short stay here but u cud indirectly elongate the stay by allowing anxiety overwhelm you. Its ideal for very woman that marries to immediately conceive but my dear all fingers aren't equal. For now I would advice if ur periods are regular and Oga is giving you as you desire, just chart your fertile period, get down to business and pray. Medically, it's too early for you to seek medical advice till one year after which I don't wish for you.unless you have issues like irregular periods, fluid from breasts etc I would advice you RELAX!
