Simply add half a cup of baking soda to your bathwater and soak for about 15–20 minutes. I do not think its wise for any woman to use anything else apart from water to cleanse herself. If you get an odour its best you consult a doctor and get the right medication. Eating healthy also helps in balancing hormones too 2 Likes |

waikiki:the igbo diet is like 40 to 50 percent vegetables,roots,spices and other herbs. Excellent for general wellbeing of thebody,...dats y u see the average igbo peep well built with good breath, strong clear eyes,shiny hairs n beards,strong shoulders and gait,good skin tone,evn if s/he doesn't use creams...and ofcourse,hardly smell down there. Nice post OP. But I heard that the best cleansing medium for the vagina is just water. using anything else might upset the Ph balance down there killing off vital bacteria which are meant to be present and involved in cleansing of the area. 1 Like |
