Our attention has been drawn to a false publication by a certain online medium, to the effect that Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, has resigned as a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. The report is misleading and completely baseless.
Prof. Osinbajo continues to serve as a Pastor in the RCCG, honoring the call of God on his life. He is in fact the Pastor-in-Charge of RCCG Lagos Province 48, a position he has held in the past three years and in which he continues to serve. This completely fabricated report should be ignored and disregarded in its entirety.

You get financial gains either by exploring your professional training, appointment to serve, elected to serve or by stealing. The first 3 are legitimate and you can serve God well with them if you choose to.

you don't know what you are talking... do you know that Osibanjo does not have any influence over buhari. As a man of god his presence should be felt in the system . but the reverse is the case. When the righteous are in power the people rejoice. Osibanjo is the VP. if buhari is not making things right, he should rise and do so and damn the consequences. That is what people that serve God in spirit and in truth do. There light shines amidst darkness.

How exactly is this determined? Does calling oneself a MOG make it so?
Isn't Osinbanjo himself a MOG?

If Osinbanjo is working as a pastor in RCCG, then his actions must reflect on "Daddy", as the supervisor.

Nigerians are hapless. They would rather have a devil rule them. For once, you have a God fearing person come to volunteer to lead and all you can do is attack him.

Serving in the church is a service to God. If bank managers, or CEOs, or Vice Chancellors or clerks can serve God, why not a VP?

There is even something wrong with how we think. a Vice President is not a traditional ruler or a king. It is a job, a leadership job, and it is open to all Nigerians of certain age.

This man is learned. He is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is a Professor. He is not an idle or a hungry man. He does not need to be a VP to be rich! For choosing to serve the country, it should be something to commend and not to attack.

A lot of Nigerians are idle and hapless. They cannot see any good in anyone. They live in fool's paradise. They think they are intelligent because they can open their mouths to attack or abuse others.

Sad.

We need change of hearts if this country will progress.
