TRust me when i say there is no expert in making UAE visa.
I have never been denied visa for my family and friends to come to UAE..
Those that have had friends come from Nigeria to look for job can attest to what it takes
1. You lose your sleep
2. You dial all the numbers of your friends and enemies in the name of looking for a job for your friend
3. You spend cash for movement with your friend.
4 you make out time to help him do cv, apply and the likes
5. You house and feed him for 3 months or more
6. The likes of you in Nigeria will call and say "cant you help him to look for job?"
7. You engage in fasting and prayers so your friend don't go back and......

YOU WANT ME TO STILL use my money for his visa..... GOD forbid

It's not a MUST people accept what you say or what I say. The message in both negative and positive opinion is enough to pass a msg to anyone that's seeking opinion here.

The fact remains I can't advice someone to send his money to abroad for visas.

The other option is to look for agents who can do same visa in Nigeria where u can both see yourself, know your house and family members in case of wahala abi how will you ask for money from someone you aren't seeing when "kasala" burst?

I know the 'way' and I am aware its rare for a nja guy/lady to use his/her money to do visa for anyone except their family members but he called this unknown guy a 'friend'. Definition of a friend : A person who has a strong liking for and trust in another person, a person who is not an enemy , a person who helps or supports something

He should help him if he us truly a friend cos there is no assurance the visa will be successful either he send the money before or after the processing.

if you don't want what happened to me in September 2011 to happen to u, don't EVER send your money abroad for visa processing. do any visa processing in Nigeria or you risk your cash sending it abroad.

Now he has discussed visa with his friend and somehow he goes ahead to get it from an agent, i hope he wont be needing his friend when he gets to UAE? cos if i am the friend i will be less concerned.
If the friend does his visa, he will be more or less the friends responsibility in more ways than one

and at the end of the day, the said friend will give you story on top your money and people will start telling you that you should try to understand now, he is still looking for job...when he gets job, he will pay you back.

He gets the job after some months and then stories will enter again. months will then turn to years. we always know how these stories end.
