Imagine, a month or weeks after your wedding, you're been stressed and worked up by the incessant calls and disturbances your wife receives daily from her ex boyfriends and toasters. Who simply wont accept the fact that she's married and taken. A lot of men are in such situation with their wives. Especially if you are married to a lady who doesn't know the difference between being married and being single. Some married ladies still carry or exhibit their single lifestyles. Like, meeting up or going out on 'harmless (according to her) dates with their ex boyfriends, new male friends or toasters. Or by spending lot of time on the phone daily with their ex or male friends, even in the presence of their husband (some ladies have no respect for marriage at all). This is one of the reasons a lot of marriages are breaking up these days. Whether harmless or not, no husband or wife will be happy seeing his/her partner spending more time with the opposite sex. Once you are married as a lady, you need to draw the line between your marriage/home, and your past. Focus on your husband and on your marriage, for your own good. Let the past be in the past!

the best way to stop them is by 'do me, I do' so dat they'll feel the pain, and when they complain, talk to them and tell them to stop doing it.
its much easier for them to stop when they feel the pain they cause their spouses.

It is not always on the ladies. OK let's say 4 out of 10 ladies are guilty of this but the men are all guilty of still hanging out with their ex girlfriends and call it harmless dates

it's just giving the spouse a taste of their own medicine.
let them just feel the hurting they made u feel. cos some stubborn spouses need extreme measures bfor they correct their ways.
this can only be done after talking and trying to stop the wife/husband's wrong ways to no avail.
