You can actually do your registration at home, but I do think he only gave you the advice to register at school inorder for you not to fill the wrong course(s).

I did my registration at school, but you can do the reg yourself without any supervision, there is no big deal there. Just to be careful, you may need guidance when doing this.

So i am tinkin of bringin fridge to skul, for cold water . Is it advisable??

it's not a must to be "24" unit. If You are fortunate to pick 3 elective apart from SER001 then your total point will be 23.
