I just got an Hp laptop with window 8 on it, the problem is that I want to send media to my laptop using my blackberry (bold 5) it alwas connect without receiving the media, all it use to say is failed to transfer I even tried another android it was same tin, but I collected a nokia C2 phone, and it connected and accept the file perfectly... Please wat could be the issue for not accepting media from my BB and Android sir.

check ur device manager look for the blacberry device and drive it den with driver pack .....am very sure it will work by den. If u cant do it, if u are within lagos u can contact me den i will help u by den

have you check your device manager maybe it has drive?

the issue is from motherboard you have to give it to an engineer.

I NEED SOLUTION TO MY LAPTOP. I JUST DISCOVERED YESTERDAY THAT ALL MY MICROSOFT WORD FILE CANNOT BE OPENED AGAIN. EXCEPT IF I CREATED NEW ONE. I NEED THOSE IMPORTANT FILES BADLY. I HAVE SCANNED MY COMPUTER SEVERALLY WITH NO REPORTED CASES OF VIRUS. NOW CAN I RECOVER THOSE MICROSOFT WORD FILE BACK TO NORMAL?

Just recently, my PC froze and I fixed it. Two days later, it developed other complex issues. It gets very hot and gives off a smell like something is burning. I guess thats why the battery hardly lasts up to two hours now which even after a full charge. Also, the windows always suddenly restarts each time I put it on.
It's a hp 250 and it doesnt come with a fan.

I think the processor is too hot you will have to put coolant on top of the processor ...

Hello, I need help on how to recover my files. PC is not detecting the hard disc and an engineer helped to use another PC with hope of getting my files but the hard disc is not coming up. Is there any means to get my files cos I don't haveany backup. Thank you.
