I see allocations for Osun and Bayelsa and still wonder why Bayelsa can't fulfill its monthly obligation to its workers.

This Akwa ibom state is overrated seriously, can you imagine that their monthly allocation is more than that of 4 states in the South-East yet no critical infrastructure development to this tune yet Akpabio has the guts to boast of his achievements publicly.

The outcome of previous governors acting in an unsustainable manner.
They borrow so much monies for development but they pocket same leaving their various states underdeveloped and in huge debt.

Thus each time a new governor is elected, they incur more debts by borrowing more monies (meant for projects) for their personal use. Same goes for the federal government.

this is because the incumbent governor collected a loan of 141billion naira... and the money is been deducted from the allocation before entering State pocket... so the governor is responsible for the little allocation entering the state...and the State is not developing at all...

Until all governors in Nigeria are made to account for the bogus 'Security Votes' and other hyper inflated projects spread across their respective states, the future is dark for meaningful developmental growth in this country.

Osun must pay all its debt to the last kobo.
