Try to back up your contents on your memory card and format it.

please guys, I bought a new blackberry &I gave someone my old Q10, the problem now seems to be that I cant change the blackberry id on the old device so that I can start using my new device &so the new owner of the old device can start using his own...the blackberry id are the same...what do I do to separate them independently

Just a suggestion though!
Why don't you do a security wipe on old device, log into your new device and have the new owner create a new BlackBerry I'd and password after old device's os has been restored...

You should have a good technician take a look at your device to diagnose if the battery needs replacement or not...

i will advise you dont download just any apk from anywhere on the net...Amazon appstore is a trustworthy place to get almost all the android apps you need

you dont change BBID on devices, you wipe the device and release it from your ID so that another person can use it

there are no limits to the number of BB10 devices that can be connected to your BBID but you can only use BBM on only one of them

You have to provide more info for people to understand what type of challenges you're facing...which apps are not working? Screen shot of some errors etc

Please help... anytime I click to use amazone app store on my Q5, it open for just a seconds and automatically end itself... don't know what else to do, and also happens to other apk files too... help

Thanks for @least asking, i'v solved it. Was an issue with the andriod runtime.

Test your device with another battery and observe.. might be a problem with a bad battery...

hello house, I tried wiping my BlackBerry Q10 on friday and since then it's still wiping till this morning. it was moving fast till it got to 95%. when it got to 95% it started taking up to 16hourS bfor it could move to d next percentage. now it's stuck in 99%. I don't know maybe anyone as encountered dis issue. I will liike you to share ur experience and what you did to rectify it. awaiting your response. thanks

it could be a hardware problem with the rear camera if you are running the latest OS. if you're not running the latest OS, i will suggest you upgrade and see if that solves the problem
