As we all know that education plays a major role in every humans life,be it young or old,infact education is a life-long activities.
Formally,it start from the Creche-Nursery-Basic then to secondary levels to the tertiary level,am always happy to discuss with the old generations when it come to their educational life,it's fun,they always said"Our primary level determine who we are today"Alas,reverse is the case today,kids in primary/basic levels are below-par,spoilt and virtually empty,this is indeed sad and dangerous to our nation and citizens at large,i believe there is a factor responsible for this sad event in kids/pupils of nowadays.
The question is:Is the Teachers responsible for this?Or the Parents?Or the Government.

Well, in my own lil opinion I think d following factors are to be considered even tho d blames shud be proportionally accredited to each factors in diff ratios tho.


Firstly it has been said dat primary education is d most essential part of education for any individual and I concur except dat I always add dat education begins @ home, call it informal or watsoever..........


1] the parents: this set of individual dz days contribute to d decay in primary edu. As yorme said touch my kids and get dismissed. They also spend little or no time wit d kids to find out if dy are doing well or not.


2] the government: this set of rascals are to be blamed wholly for d decay in educational sector as a whole in d country nt just @ basic level its been said dat @least 26% of national budget shud be allocated to education so as to get optimum result in any country. Now wen we say THE GOVERNMENT this hommies makes d law and same mudafuckers breaks it. If teachers [which are d most wonderful pple on earth God bless dem] are rated on a salary scale same as d oil and gas workers... More individuals wud go into teaching right? And if dere was a certified body set up to certify teachers after series of exams u wud agree with me dat dere wud b no such thing as half baked teachers... Some where during my university days across a course cald comparative education [where u study and compare diff educational systems in diff countries] dere i came to find out dat most western countries ( u.s.a, u.k, france,etc) pay dere students studying educational courses in universities all thru dere stay while, with an agreement dat afta school dy wud bcome teachers for a particular num of yrs e.g 5-10yrs ( of whch deir salaries are far better dan most field of work) nw its boils down to money as it also boils dwn to dis CLOWNS here in naija passing dz papers in d senate meetings. This tings shud b considered and a benchmark shud also b given to schools whch dey re xpected to meet @all levels [primary college and tertiary] d oda day I saw a one room apartment bein used as a primary school and boldy written afta d name of d school was “GOVERNMENT APPROVED” what d f**k............


3] d kids: d set I wud give d least of d blame even tho most are nt ready to learn. Buh @ d primary level, I won't blame dem cos dy re nt matured yet into making decisions of deir own, d parents mostly make decision for dem kids irrespective of d own opinion.


Lastly the teachers: dis factor is dependent on government factor. If dy are motivated, supervised, trained & rewarded well, I blieve dy will put in deir very best.
