He has a good vision on him and the fact that he's the only one who makes things happen for his team, Rennes, contributes to his constant ambitious passes or going at it all alone.
Here, he would have Martial and Rashford to take off the pressure off him. The kid really look a bigger talent than Martial and that's why I want him at Manutd. He has everything to be as good as Ronaldo except he fails to works as hard.

But I know a talent when I see one. All I just do is to look at his close control under pressure, agility to change pace/turn in crowded area, dribbling and vision if he's an attacker but with a midfielder I check for his passing, movement and spatial awareness as well.
The bold part are the most important though because others could be improved but those 2 can't ever be improved. Infact, it deteriorates as one grows older as seen in Scholes, Xavi, Cristiano, Rooney etc.

The experienced lads has been the one letting us down this season though whereas the youngsters has been our best players.
Moreso, that Dembele lad is the reason for his team being where they are today because the whole of that team is basically shite. He's only going to get better in a better team.
Personally, I want young hungry talents who are ready to fly high their wings to make a mark and not some cash cows who thinks they have arrived when they are simply shite. Also, a good experienced creative midfield backing these pacy young forwards would do wonders.
