But let me tell you, it can be counter productive. For the fluid coming out from your nips, try eating plenty of Cabbage and Vit B6 at least. As for the FSH result, the Vit B6 plus Omega 3 or Omega 3,6,9 will do just ok for it. Stop worrying, there's nothing wrong with you. Don't allow emotional stress to come in and mess your system up. The drugs he's taking is OK but the truth is he needs a professional diagnosis so as to take the right treatment.

@ Sugah i spoke with my aunt, a nurse who suggested i do a blood PT but i just felt she was trying to dash me hope. Maybe i will pray for courage sha to do the test. Cos d morning dt i saw AF, i just felt a sharp cramp and that was all. The other cramps i felt after then were so dull.

CD 10 is OK in so far as you don't ovulate same day. HSG is done in the follicular phase before Ovulation. I took Ibuprofen 30-45mins before mine and felt no pain. But pls check with your Dr or the radiographer. Breathing out through the mouth during the procedure is also said to help.

As low as that?Thanks love.....all these pharmacists eh,when you request for a drug,they go get the most expensive ones,that was how they gave me folic acid,only to get to the payment point,and the cashier told me it's 3800,I didn't know when I said 'for what','its the brand ma,you can ask the pharmacist to give you a less expensive one' she replied.I eventually got another brand for 1200 for 100tabs in the same place.

@ vanny2, I think your doctor knows what he's doing, just follow the instructions. From the little I know, primolut N also works on progesterone levels, so when taken in low doses like5/10mg it does not pose a real threat to an established pregnancy. Wishing you a success of bfp in your tww

Ruzu bitters can be used for so many reasons.To treat staph,detox,yeast infectn,etc.I basically used mine to detoxify my system.The leaflet says it all.if you are not treating any of these,just use it to cleanse your system.I will advice you get drugs because you need them,not because others are getting them.

Abeg ask your Dr. I no fit shout. But if you have honey, then take in warm water with small raw ginger. Alternatively if the cough no too disturb you, allow the cough run its course and it will go on its own.

Dostinex is more effective to me but it depends on body system.

Yes some Mamas do have acidic CM which is hostile to sp.er.m and more especially Male Y Sp.er.m. Instead of doing this baking soda douche, it's more advisable to do Baking Soda Finger. This is because the douche water can actually was off EWCM you might have. Wash your hands well and dry. Wet the tip of your finger, dip in Baking Soad (Bicarbonate of Soda) and then insert finger into Veejay and remove. Voila! Your CM will begin to change PH and become very alkaline and healthy for Spe.rm. It also increases EWCM. Do this 30mins to 1hour before BD as that is when the highest alkalinity is achieved. Pls note that Baking Soda is different from Baking Powder. Also take it easy while inserting so that you don't touch your Cervix and get a burning sensation. They say Baking Soda sways boy. Yours truly here has been trying to drink Baking Soda water and doing Baking Soda Finger when she remembers. Learnt when I started ttc and was hell bent on Gender Swaying to conceive boy.
