guy, pls stop deceiving yourself the methodology of measuring multidimensional poverty may have been developed by Oxford which is a top global research university IN COLLABORATION with the UN.
But the field survey to collect the data was carried out purely by UN staff in Nigeria.... Oxford does not even have the means nor the funds to go on a field survey in over 100 developing countries of the world.
