JOB DESCRIPTION
• Source and recruit staff for client companies
• Prepare payroll for client companies
• Manage benefits and compensation plans for employees of client companies
• Handle remittances to regulatory authorities. PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF etc
• Performance management, setting KPIs, review performance and conduct appraisals
• Work out training schedules for employees
• Handle manpower planning including succession plans

REQUIREMENT
Minimum of BSC in a related field
Experience in Human Resource Management, Payroll administration is a must.
Experience managing multiple clients’ payroll is an added advantage
Knowledge of using information technology in payroll preparation is also an added advantage
The role requires working most of the time from different client’s offices and may involve some travel
