BREAKING: Buhari To Fani Kayode ''provide N840m Or Rot In Jail'' by Tallfam(m): 6:23pm On May 20, 2016
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, yesterday, questioned the spokesman of Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organization for hours, asking him to return the N840 million he allegedly received for the prosecution of the Presidential election last year.

Although the former minister had insisted that he got the money to do specific assignments given him by the former President, Well, see the only option EFCC said he must make or rot in jail.

The residence of Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, was yesterday raided by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Jude Ndukwe, his media aide in a statement Thursday night, said “Earlier today (Thursday), the EFCC invaded the residence of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode even when he was still in their custody.
“What miffed us most was their mode of operation which was forceful, provocative and dangerous as they wielded their guns with needless threats.

“The worst is that the invasion was without a warrant as they forced their way in, and after terrifying all the staff at home including the infant, they whisked the laundry man away even though he was later released.
“This is the fourth time the EFCC operatives would be invading Chief Fani-Kayode’s residence just under a week.
“We condemn this act of executive lawlessness, harassment and intimidation.
“Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has served this country even at the highest levels and he deserves some courtesy.

“We call on the EFCC to endeavour to carry out their functions within the ambit of our laws and stop brazenly betraying the fact that Chief Fani-Kayode is under persecution. The world is watching!”

The spokesman of former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan’s Campaign Organisation, was at the EFCC on Monday to answer questions on N840 million he allegedly received before the presidential election.
On Tuesday, the EFCC secured a remand warrant to further detain him.
It said this would enable the commission conduct thorough investigation on the matter.

I have reservation with how PMB is fighting corruption. I would have just be silent but, the efforts with which his supporters are justifying his action is provoking.
FFK is allege to have received the sum of N840m for a job he is hired to carry out, for this reason, he has been condemned to rot in jail or provide the money which perhaps have been spent on campaigns.
Amaechi is alleged to have directly diverted over N80b of Rivers state money, you are comfortably smiling, dinning and travelling with him and even make him one of your super ministers.
How could you leave a thief who stole your car and be chasing the one who stole your biro? Could you be taken serious?
I know he is a member of his party and his financier but I rather forget about the fight as Yar'adua did to avoid a double stand.
His followers will tell you when PDP comes to power they can as well probe corrupt APC members but how long? OBJ did this shit, PMB should right the wrong. After all he came on a mantra of change.

The result of avoiding the fight by Yar'adua was the resumption of looting by the old guard in ferocious dimension under his weakling successor and the encouragement of new looters with longer fangs to take more than fair share of the cake leaving those determined to follow the law with nothing but gnashing of teeth.
An oil marketer i know lamented in my presence the over claimed subsidy by his colleagues not because what they did was wrong but that they did not inform him to participate in the on-going bonanza. People talk like that because they expect as you just said that there will be no seious consequence for bad behavior.

Ask the average Nigerian today what he would do as a leader and all you will hear is i will loot my own, employ my family and kinsmen before the thing burst, and same people will come here to lament why Nigeria is not making progress
