@op considering thier coverage and deployment . 10k for unlimited is too much. As at December I was enjoying 40gb for 4K on Spectranet . And IPNX fiber in my office, at speed no 4GLTE can never March. |

OBAGADAFFI: Lol. Don't compare fibre optics and this one. I was also paying 4K for 40GB on Spectranet as at February. Byt that was night and weekends 10pm to 8am. Spectranet got really slow also. Here in Lagos anyways. Then they decided it was a good idea to double the price. Kmt. Better Fibre optics speedtest below i think it's 1Gb/s

omolola15: I've heard of the data zapping thing but never believed it. Every time i pay for Airtel plan, i always monitor it ising the huawei router app, and it always gets to the exact data. Like currently i have a 4.5GB plan running and I've used around 3.5GB and it's still working. I'm into the last 1GB castrokins: Lol. Like that's a bad thing... |

Again op you haven't factored the speed throttling after 3gb of download daily or you ain't seeing that as a factor. |

[s] Stanley08:[/s] Bullshitz analysis Which storage will you use to download 5TB in a month? And you forgot the part in their terms that says WHEN YOU USE MORE THAN 3GB A DAY, THEY WILL SLOW YOU DOWN TO 500Byte/SEC 2 Likes |

bulldoza:Just because you have access to 100 pieces of meat don't mean u MUST eat it all. Download what u want to download, what you need to download. Nobody said it's a do or die affair. It's possible, don't mean it's probable. It's better to have it there when u don't need it than to not have it when you need it. peterjero: I just said like 2 seconds ago. NO THROTTLING for the first 3 months of usage. (See pic below) And u know it's only on Peak periods yes? Which means sometime between 7pm and 9am daily u can download as much as u want.

Do u people know Ntel's current plan is only for 3 months? Yes this their unlimited plan is only for 3 months after which they will review it and release capped plans. It is just a shame they are letting only abuja people enjoy this unlimited. I don't think they even have up to 20,000 subscribers yet and they are still probably testing their facilities. I know they won't expand until July and that is when they will scrap off their unlimited plans. 1 Like |

Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by Stanley08(m): 8:04am On May 24, 2016 |
OBAGADAFFI: I see where you are coming from and i respect ur point of view. But it being unlimited makes the difference. It's targeted at high data users anyways, if you don't need unlimited data, it's gonna be a loss for you to pay 10K when u can get something for u with 2K. U understand? |
