I must tell you that in civilized climes after an election, the president simply rally the nation to support his/her government for them to succeed. They never decent to such absurdity as to divide the nation into 97%, 5% or 95%, 5% narrative or what have you! That I must say is one of the president's undoing! David Moyes was given a 6 year contract as manager of Manchester United. After 1year of failure he was booted out..who will waste his time for him to spend another 5years as waste.
