the man just said the truth, why are people calling him a liar, he just indirectly told us the government has not achieved anything for the past one year as all they have been doing is making plans.my own anger is,if it took Buhari so long to finally come unto power how come he didn't plan all this while?,guess the next three years will be used to review the plans 2 Likes |

Utter nonsense. Buhari's first economic act was to fix the naira instead of allowing it to depreciate naturally since dollar receipts from oil were declining rapidly. This led to massive dollar shortages and a crash of the naira at the black market. As if this was not enough, he barred sourcing of forex for 41 products from the CBN window. This absurd ban simply pushed demand to the black market further weakening the crash there. This eventually has plunged the economy into a recession. It has nothing to do with PDP. Buhari has no right dictate to the CBN. It is supposed to be independent. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

AntiIPOOP: How?. Is it with the fuel scarcity we have been witnessing, or the current hardship in the country, or the removal of subsidy, or the lack of job, lack of electricity and increase in tariff and security challenges not to mention others. I am sure you are one of the very few beneficiary of this government and your view does not represent the majority of the people who are suffering. I pray as a concern citizen that God helps this government to get it right. 1 Like |

Though, any reasonable fellow will reason with Lai's line of thought especially when a totally new government from an opposition takes over power after a long rule by a different party. But there will be serious revolution if this APC led government tell us this same old story after 2years In a civilised country that have enjoyed stable democracy for years, whoever is contesting for power must have detailed information and blue print on what to do different. Moreover, I quite understand that we are envolving democratically. However, APC led government has clearly demonstrated for the past 365days that they know little or nothing about Nigeria state before they take over. And maybe because Nigerians are totally tired of PDP and the only option then was APC. In conclusion, as an individual I believe in PMB to make the necessary changes but I see him more as someone who will basically lay a good foundation for subsequent government. We should not expect a drastic change but a systematic and structural change and that is what we need at the moment especially in area of corruption which has eaten deep into our system. The latest revelation of how past government officials almost drained the economy of this nation is an indication that PMB is serious in that regard. Personally I don't care about whatever it's been called it will even send a signal to those in power now that anything can happen so they will tred with caution. However, this government should be a little bit more sensitive to the plight of an average Nigeria and also lead by example by reducing cost of governance. I find it unbearable that National Assembly budget is a line of 115billion despite the present hardship that most Nigerians experiencing. The sacrifice should cut across as a matter of fact, the leader should even sacrifice more. civil servants salary are is been own in months but no state assembly is been own. I'm actually very optimistic about PMB led goverment. However, I will be highly disappointed and even be willing to play a major role in revolution move if by 2018, PMB led government is still telling this same old story. God bless Federally Republic of Nigeria 1 Like |

AntiIPOOP: How much is a bag of rice today? I don't think you can relate to family issues and the cost of running a home, if not you wouldn't come online to type thrash just to justify why your Saint PMB failed. Go to average Nigerian homes and ask them about PMB's performance and you'll get the shock of your life. 1 Like |
