I guess my own case is very peculiar, I have checked it there severally but it is not there. I have contacted them, so I'm waiting for them to rectify the problem.

If your books on amazon is published already,enroll it on kdp select and also use createspace.com to create the print version of your book.....Google "kdp select on amazon" to know the benefit of kdp select...

Same last night, I applied for my Payoneer Master Card and it will be delivered to me by July. I also got the account number. Would upload the pictures today cz of power outage last night.

What I observe here is lack of patience, a bit of creativity and comprehension.

Spending some minutes to read instructions pays and can save you lots of aches.

May be I was lucky, I just selected Nationa ID and supplied my NIN on the slip. And was approved in less than 3mins, and was notified my Card had been shipped. All in less than 5mins.

@crazymommy, I got email when it was approved and another email that my card had been shipped. Yet to see my account details after following the steps u outlined.
Please what browser do you use? May be I should change the browser.

Go to kdp,then click on Bookshelf....You'll see a slanted Rectangle with a plus sign in it. Click it and fill the necessary details
