Reminds me of a friend who use Infinix Zero....... His phone froze & you know that phone's battery lasts die, he had to start praying cause the phone was on 93% when it happened. My guy go keep phone for under bed for 2 days.

Sorry but you can hard reset an infinix zero. No need to wait for the battery to be drained.

Water proof isn't a problem that's why there is something called nano technology. If you can buy a big phone then you can afford paying for water proof nano technology.

so on point, especially the common one freezing, at times phone just misbehaves, that the best option is to remove and insert the battery even the switch off and reboot wont work.

I cannot use a phone with removable battery. Phones with non-removable battery is more classic, it just look and feels good with wonderful design.

#5 Has some elements of criminal undertone. Why would I need to removed my batter from my phone just because I want to 'get off the grid'?

To me, the third reason is the most important. I later learnt that it is a new strategy deviced by phone manufacturers to force buyers to buy new phone, indirectly boosting their sales and invariably preventing them from running out of business. They (Manufacturers) believe that once your battery has deteriorated, you have no option other than to change it. Another strategy on the way is SIMless phone to prevent robbery and easier identification.

I disagree with the third reason because I changed my infinix note 2 battery two days ago and it was easier than you think.

Your friend is obviously a noob maybe he lives in ijebu but next time it happens tell him to hold the power key for 10 seconds to reboot the phone.

Your no 2 is wrong, if your phone falls inside water, the first thing to do is to remove the battery cos water is a good conductor and can short circuit/fry the board.

Your rice mtd, sun dry or any other mtd of reviving the phone can now come in

Awesome! I really love a smartphone with removable battery.

non- removerable battery is save, cos some people have habit of changing your battery without your notice,.. you don't have to worry charging your phone overnight at someone house....

My infinix hot 3 has a removable battery but its so light in weight dt u can't feel you are holding something.
